Real Estate Sales Representative

Plano, TexasFull-time
$3,000 - $15,000 monthly
About the Job
About the Role:
We are looking for a sharp, driven Sales Representative to work directly with the CEO of a growing real estate investment company specializing in curative title and distressed property solutions.

This is not your typical real estate sales job.
We work with property owners and heirs facing complex situations—title issues, tax problems, probate, and more—and help them find real solutions.

You’ll be working side-by-side with the CEO on real deals, gaining firsthand experience in high-level deal structuring, negotiation, and problem-solving.

If you enjoy thinking critically, solving puzzles, and putting together complex deals, this role is for you.

Compensation:
  • $3,000/month base salary (first 4 months only).
  • 10% uncapped commission on HUD-to-HUD profits (starts immediately and continues long-term).
  •  After month 4: commission-only on HUD-to-HUD profits (10% uncapped).
  •  No cap on earnings—top performers can scale quickly.

What You’ll Do:
  •  Speak with inbound and outbound leads (property owners, heirs, distressed sellers).
  •  Work directly with the CEO to analyze and structure deals.
  •  Build rapport and guide sellers through complex situations.
  •  Identify solutions for title, probate, and ownership issues.
  •  Follow up consistently and move leads toward closing.
  •  Maintain detailed CRM notes and pipeline tracking.

What We’re Looking For:
  •  Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  •  Fast learner who can pick up complex concepts quickly.
  •  Strong communicator (phone, text, email).
  •  Problem-solver who enjoys figuring things out.
  •  Self-motivated and accountable.
  •  Comfortable working closely with leadership.

Bonus Points (Not Required):
  •  Real estate or sales experience.
  •  Familiarity with probate, title issues, or distressed assets.
  •  CRM experience.

Who This Is NOT For:
  •  Someone looking for a routine, transactional sales role.
  •  Someone who needs constant direction or hand-holding.
  •  Someone uncomfortable navigating complex situations.

Why This Role is Different:
  •  We don’t just “sell houses.”
  •  We help people get out of situations they can’t solve on their own.

You’ll gain exposure to real-world dealmaking at a high level while building a skillset that most sales roles don’t offer.

How to Apply:
  • Send a short video to dylan@dplandcompany.com.
    • Why this role stands out to you.
    • A time you solved a difficult problem.
    • Your sales or relevant experience (if any).
